      How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

      Basic customization (such as engraving or simple upgrades/modifications): Typically takes 14–20 business days.
      Complex customization (such as original designs or luxury designs): Typically takes 15–30 business days or longer.
      We will arrange for shipment as soon as production is complete.

      How can I check the status of my order?

      Dedicated Customer Service: Orders you have confirmed will be scheduled for production immediately. If you would like to know the current status of your ring, please contact our customer service team, and we will send you photos of the latest production steps.

      Why haven't I received any progress updates for a while?

      Once we have confirmed the details of your order, the professional jewelry-making process will begin. This process typically takes 14–20 days. Unless there are unforeseen issues (such as problems with the mold, setting, or quality control), we will not contact you proactively. We will send a tracking email only once your finished jewelry has been packaged and shipped.

      How long does it take to receive the item after it's shipped?

      Normally, once the order status shows “Shipped,” delivery will take 2–7 days, depending on the average delivery time of the local shipping carrier. If you notice any issues with the status, please contact us!

      What should I do if I'm not satisfied with the product after receiving it?

      We offer a 45-day hassle-free return policy. Please do not remove the tags.
