We offer a 45-Day Return Guarantee and a 5-Year Extended Warranty to protect your treasured jewelry.
What Is Covered?
5-Year Extended Warranty （Paid Services）
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:
- Inspection, cleaning, and polishing (up to 2 times during the warranty period)
- Repair of prongs, settings, and clasps
- Ring resizing or re-shanking
- Repair of broken chains or earring posts
- Removal of minor scratches from normal wear
Complimentary Services （365 days from the date of receipt）
During the warranty period, you may send your jewelry back once for professional cleaning, inspection, and polishing to keep your Lucky Gemstone looking as beautiful as the day you received it.
What Is Not Covered?
- Damage caused by excessive wear, abuse, negligence, or accidental impact
- Loss, theft, or damage from fire, flood, or other acts of God
- Repairs or alterations performed by any jeweler other than Lucky Gemstones
- Resetting of stones or major design changes
- Stones 0.5ct or larger that are lost due to improper care (we recommend regular inspections)
- Normal wear and tear beyond minor scratches
Shipping for Repairs
When sending your jewelry for servicing:
- You are responsible for shipping costs both ways
- Please do not include the original jewelry box if you wish to keep it
- We will email you once the item is received and provide payment details for return shipping (if applicable)
- We reserve the right to determine what constitutes normal wear
