Shipping Policy
- For security reasons, the shipping address cannot be changed once the order is confirmed.
- Once the tracking number is issued, we cannot redirect or repackage the shipment.
- Orders to APO/FPO addresses will be handled via standard transfer; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information after handover to the carrier.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
