      Refund and Returns Policy

      At Lucky Gemstones, your complete satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or need an exchange, you may request a return authorization within 45 days from the date you receive the package. Exchanges are calculated from the original purchase date.

      Return Authorization You will receive an email reply with the authorization paperwork within 48 business hours. You must notify us of your return request within 45 days of receiving the package.

      Return Conditions

      Items must be returned in new, unused, and unworn condition, including all original packaging and materials. “New condition” means the item has no scratches, marks, blemishes, or any other damage, and has not been sized or altered in any way by anyone other than Lucky Gemstones.

      We will inspect all returned items upon receipt. If the item has been sized, altered, or is not in new condition, we will reject the return or exchange and return the item to you at your expense.

      Important Notes
      • We cannot ship any replacement or exchange item until we receive the original product back.
      • For exchanges or service orders, please ship back only the original jewelry box we provided. Any other boxes will be discarded, and the item will be returned in our standard box.
      • Loose Gemstones (Post-Delivery): If stones fall out during wear, we can ship you replacement diamonds to have fitted by your local jeweler.

      Return Shipping & Handling Fees All returns, exchanges, and replacements require a return shipping and handling fee:

      • Domestic (SG): $20.00
      • International: $50.00

      We do not provide free return labels. 

      Refund Fees & Processing
      • Personal reason refunds: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total payment.
      • PayPal processing fees are refundable.
      • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item (minus postage and applicable fees).

      Non-Refundable Items The following items are non-refundable:

      • All custom orders (including sizes under 4 or over 12, engraved items, or any modifications from the original design)
      • All CAD custom orders (subject to approval process)
      • Gift wrapping
      • Appraisals
      • Rush fees
      • Shipping and handling charges
      • Any additional services or fees

      Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in all cases. We do not offer free return shipping.

      Order Cancellation & Fees

      If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed:

      • You can cancel for free before the order is confirmed.
      • After confirming the schedule Cancellation Fee: A fee of 10% – 20% of the order total will be charged. This covers non-refundable payment processing fees, packaging, logistics, and administrative handling.
      • Shipped orders: If an order has already been shipped, you will be required to pay additional return shipping fees.
